A Good Health Advocate

Heather Plude When I was at my sickest, I needed help.

I thought, “What we need is a good health advocate.”

At one point, I was in so much pain I could not feed myself.

My diagnosis? Arthritisat 21 years old.

Nothing the doctors did helped me. I found natural things that helped me live with the pain and life went on whether I had pain or not! I got used to being in pain all the time. I had to.

20 years later, my son was in so much pain, he could not walk, read, laugh or play. He was having seizures and throwing up daily. And nothing that I or the doctors did was helping him.

My 11 year old healthy son… had become a very sick boy… practically overnight.

I did a lot of research and we worked really hard to get healthy again.

It’s a long story… and it’s not over yet.

That’s why I started this blog.

We found out we had toxic mold in our home, we got out, threw out everything we owned and we lived between motel rooms and tents for over ten months while we fixed our home. When we moved back in my home was the only place I did not get sick.

And then, my family started bringing mold and mycotoxins on their clothes and book bags… and 2 years later I started to get sick again.

It was then that I started looking for a way to get clean air without having to start all over and throw out all my stuff again. I found what I was looking for and I am enjoying sharing these air reactors with the world.

I am also sharing things we did for our bodies to detox, things we continue to do, and new things we learn.

Feeling good is not only about clean air, water, food and detoxing, it has a lot to do with state of mind and positive thinking.

I love my life. I am grateful for my journey. I have learned so much and I continue to learn new things every day.

I look forward to sharing those things with you.
