Health Coaching
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a supportive process that helps you explore your wellness goals, ask questions, review your lifestyle and health information, and better understand the options available to you.
What can I bring to a coaching session?
Bring your questions, health goals, concerns, notes, test information, or anything else you would like to discuss. You do not need to have everything figured out before your appointment.
Can you help me decide where to start?
Yes. If you are unsure whether coaching, bioresonance, environmental wellness support, or another resource is the best starting point, we can talk through your concerns together.
Does health coaching replace my doctor?
No. Coaching provides education and wellness support and is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Bioresonance
What is bioresonance?
Bioresonance is a wellness approach that explores energetic patterns and frequencies in the body. It is offered as a wellness tool rather than a medical diagnostic service.
What happens during a bioresonance session or scan?
The process is designed to gather information about energetic patterns that can then be reviewed as part of your overall wellness picture.
Do I need to prepare before a bioresonance appointment?
If any preparation is needed for your specific session, you will receive instructions before your appointment.
Can I ask questions about my results?
Yes. You will have an opportunity to discuss the information from your session and ask questions about possible next steps or wellness resources.
Environmental Wellness
What types of environmental concerns can we discuss?
Environmental wellness conversations may include concerns about mold, indoor air quality, water, your home environment, and other exposures you would like to investigate.
Can you help me if I am concerned about mold in my home?
Yes. We can discuss your concerns, available testing information and resources, and possible next steps for investigating your environment.
Do you provide environmental testing?
Available options depend on what you are trying to investigate. Contact me with your situation and I can help you understand which resources may be relevant.
What if I already have environmental or mold test results?
You can bring the information you already have so we can discuss your questions and consider what additional information or resources may be helpful.
