Website content, coaching, consultations, bioresonance services, environmental wellness information, educational materials, meetings, videos, downloads, recommendations and other services are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

A Good Health Advocate does not diagnose diseases, prescribe medications, perform medical procedures or direct individuals to begin, discontinue or change prescribed treatment.

Use of this website or participation in a service does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship.

You remain responsible for your own health, healthcare and purchasing decisions. Never disregard emergency symptoms or delay obtaining emergency assistance because of information appearing on this website or discussed during a service.

The website, contact forms, email, text messages and coaching services are not emergency services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Health Coaching

Health coaching sessions provide education, practical support and an opportunity to discuss wellness goals, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, environmental concerns, testing information and other health-related questions.

Coaching is collaborative and educational. It does not include medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescribing or replacing services provided by licensed healthcare professionals.

You are responsible for determining whether information, resources or suggestions discussed during coaching are appropriate for your individual circumstances.

A Good Health Advocate does not guarantee that coaching will produce any particular health improvement or other result.

5. Bioresonance Services

Bioresonance scans, reports, frequencies, harmonics and related services are provided as informational and wellness tools.

Bioresonance is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Information generated or discussed through a bioresonance service should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis, medical test result or substitute for laboratory testing or professional evaluation.

Bioresonance services may involve third-party software, technology or service platforms. You authorize A Good Health Advocate to enter or transmit the information reasonably necessary to complete the service you request.

Depending on the selected service, this information may include your name, contact information, photograph, voice recording or other voluntarily submitted information.

Individual experiences and results vary. No specific result is promised or guaranteed.

6. Environmental Wellness Information

A Good Health Advocate may provide education and resources concerning mold, indoor air quality, water quality, environmental exposures, home wellness and related subjects.

This information does not replace services provided by qualified environmental inspectors, indoor-environmental professionals, engineers,, remediation contractors, laboratories, licensed healthcare professionals or other specialists.

Environmental conditions vary, and no inspection, test, product, cleaning method, remediation approach or environmental result is guaranteed.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate testing, inspection, professional evaluation or remediation guidance before making significant health, property or financial decisions.

7. Educational Content and Resources

Articles, blog posts, videos, newsletters, meetings, guides, downloads, reports, recommendations and other materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Health, wellness, technology, research and professional guidance may change over time. We do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current or applicable to every person or circumstance.

Any action you take based upon website content or educational material is taken at your own discretion and responsibility.

8. Appointments and Bookings

When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact, scheduling and payment information.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Please arrive or connect at the scheduled time.

Unless a different policy is displayed when booking:

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be nonrefundable.
  • Missed appointments may be considered completed and nonrefundable.
  • If you arrive late, the appointment may still end at its originally scheduled time.
  • Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of A Good Health Advocate for emergencies or unusual circumstances.

If A Good Health Advocate must cancel an appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the canceled appointment.

9. Fees and Payments

Current prices are displayed on the website, scheduling page, checkout page or applicable offer.

Prices and available services may change. A price change will not affect a completed one-time purchase but may apply to future purchases or future membership billing periods when properly disclosed.

Payment may be required before an appointment is confirmed or before a service begins.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider and are also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

A purchase is not complete until payment has been accepted.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees or charges disclosed during checkout.

10. Monthly Memberships and Recurring Billing

Some coaching or support services may be offered through recurring monthly memberships.

The price, included services, communication method, session allowance and other benefits of each membership will be displayed when you enroll.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the disclosed billing schedule until the membership is canceled.

Memberships may be canceled to prevent future billing. Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Payments already processed are not ordinarily prorated or refunded.
  • Unused membership benefits do not roll over unless the membership description expressly says otherwise.
  • Membership benefits may not be transferred to another person.
  • Additional sessions may be offered at the active member rate when applicable.
  • Access to member benefits and discounted services ends when the paid membership period expires.
  • Canceling a membership does not automatically cancel an appointment already scheduled.

Email or text access included with a membership is intended for reasonable educational questions and support. It does not provide continuous, immediate, emergency or unlimited real-time access. Response times may vary based on weekends, holidays, illness, travel, workload, emergencies or circumstances outside our control.

11. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends upon the type of service purchased and whether performance or delivery has begun.

Coaching Sessions and Consultations

A coaching session or consultation may be canceled or rescheduled according to the appointment policy in Section 8.

Completed sessions are nonrefundable.

Bioresonance Scans and Personalized Services

Bioresonance scans and other personalized services are nonrefundable once processing has begun, information has been entered into a third-party platform, customized work has been performed or the report, frequencies or other results have been delivered.

If you cancel before processing begins, a refund may be issued at the discretion of A Good Health Advocate, subject to applicable law and any nonrefundable third-party costs already incurred.

Digital Content and Downloads

Digital products, reports, recordings, downloads and other electronically delivered materials are nonrefundable once accessed, downloaded, delivered or made available, except where required by law.

Memberships

Membership cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Previously processed membership payments are not ordinarily refunded or prorated except where required by law or expressly stated at enrollment.

Third-Party Products and Services

Purchases completed through a third-party website are governed by that provider’s cancellation, return and refund policies. A Good Health Advocate cannot issue refunds for payments collected directly by another business.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us promptly so that the transaction can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Right of Withdrawal Where Required by Law

Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

When such a right applies, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the contract is concluded. To exercise the right, you must inform A Good Health Advocate of your decision through a clear statement submitted before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the withdrawal form provided on the website or email your request to heather@agoodhealthadvocate.com.

By requesting that a service begin during an applicable withdrawal period, you expressly request early performance of the service. If you withdraw after performance has begun but before it is completed, you may be responsible for an amount proportionate to the service already provided, where permitted by law.

For fully performed services, the right of withdrawal may end after the service has been completed when you requested early performance and acknowledged that completion would affect the right of withdrawal.

For digital content, personalized reports or electronically delivered materials, the right of withdrawal may end when delivery or processing begins after you request immediate performance and acknowledge that doing so may result in loss of the withdrawal right.

Refunds legally due following a valid withdrawal will be processed without undue delay and ordinarily through the original payment method.

13. No Guaranteed Results

Health, wellness, lifestyle, environmental and bioresonance experiences are highly individual.

A Good Health Advocate does not guarantee:

  • Improvement in any symptom or condition
  • Diagnosis or identification of a disease
  • Prevention, treatment or cure of a disease
  • A particular bioresonance result
  • A specific environmental, health, financial or personal outcome
  • The accuracy or suitability of information produced by third-party technology
  • That any particular product, test, diet, supplement, practice or service will be appropriate for you

Testimonials, personal stories, reviews, case examples and experiences represent individual experiences. They are not promises, predictions or guarantees that another person will experience the same result.

14. Third-Party Products, Services and Links

The website may contain links or references to third-party websites, laboratories, books, products, testing services, supplements, wellness tools, scheduling services, payment providers, video platforms and other resources.

A Good Health Advocate does not control third-party businesses and is not responsible for their content, availability, statements, accuracy, privacy practices, prices, terms, products or services.

A recommendation or link does not guarantee that a product or service will be safe, effective or appropriate for you.

Your use of a third-party website, product or service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies. You are responsible for evaluating third-party products and services before purchasing or using them.

15. Affiliate Relationships

Some links on the website may be affiliate or referral links. If you follow one of these links and make a purchase, A Good Health Advocate may receive a commission or other benefit at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a product or service is suitable for you.

Where appropriate, additional affiliate disclosures may appear near particular recommendations or links.

This disclosure is intended to comply with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements, including guidance issued by the United States Federal Trade Commission.

16. Electronic Communications

By using the website or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, appointment communications, receipts and other information electronically.

Electronic communications may be delivered through the website, email, text message, scheduling platform or another method you have chosen to use.

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

Marketing emails may be discontinued by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent necessary transactional messages concerning purchases, appointments or active services.

17. Acceptable Website Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers or systems
  • Interfere with website security, performance or availability

  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights
  • Use the website or services in violation of applicable law
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access restrictions
  • Use website content to create, train or commercialize a competing product or service without written permission

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

18. Comments and Visitor-Submitted Content

If the website permits comments, reviews, testimonials, questions or other visitor-submitted content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, invasive of privacy, promotional spam or otherwise harmful.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

By submitting content for public display, you grant A Good Health Advocate a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the website and services.

You retain ownership of your original content. We may moderate, refuse, edit or remove visitor-submitted content at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Do not publicly post private health, financial or identifying information in a comment or review.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, downloads, reports, educational materials, page designs and other content are owned by or licensed to A Good Health Advocate and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

All rights are reserved.

You may view and use website content for your own personal, noncommercial purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, modify, translate, sell, license, monetize, commercially exploit or incorporate protected content into another website, course, publication, product, database or service.

You may share a direct link to a publicly available webpage or forward an unaltered newsletter to someone who may find it useful.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights provided by applicable law, including lawful quotation or fair use.

20. Idea Submissions

Please do not submit confidential business ideas, inventions, proprietary materials or other intellectual property unless a separate written confidentiality agreement has been signed in advance.

General feedback or suggestions submitted without such an agreement may be used by A Good Health Advocate without restriction or compensation, provided that we will continue to handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

21. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the website is also governed by our:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • Cookie Preferences
  • Disclaimer

Information submitted through contact forms, email subscriptions, scheduling services, payment platforms or other website features will be handled according to the applicable policies.

You may adjust nonessential cookie choices through the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer.

22. Accessibility

A Good Health Advocate is committed to making website content reasonably accessible to individuals with disabilities.

If you are unable to access part of the website, please contact us and describe the problem, the page involved and the type of assistance needed.

When an accessibility issue is reasonably identifiable and correctable using available tools, we will make a reasonable effort to address it.

23. Website Availability and Changes

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or available, or that every error will be corrected immediately.

We may update, modify, replace, suspend or discontinue website content, services, prices, membership options or features.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet providers, hosting services, plugins, security services, payment processors, scheduling platforms, third-party software or events beyond our reasonable control.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Good Health Advocate disclaims express and implied warranties concerning the website, content and services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The website or services will meet every visitor’s expectations
  • Website information will always be complete or current
  • Access will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • A third-party product or service will perform as represented
  • Any service will produce a particular health, wellness, environmental or personal outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Good Health Advocate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Use of or reliance upon website information
  • Coaching discussions or educational materials
  • Bioresonance scans, reports, frequencies or third-party technology
  • Environmental wellness information
  • Products or services provided by third parties
  • Loss of data, revenue, opportunity or anticipated benefit
  • Website interruption, technical problems or unauthorized access
  • Decisions made using information obtained through the website or services

You are responsible for determining whether information, products, services and recommendations are appropriate for your circumstances.

Except where an applicable law prohibits such a limitation, the maximum aggregate liability of A Good Health Advocate for claims arising from or related to the website or a purchased service will not exceed the lesser of:

  1. $500, or
  2. The amount you paid directly to A Good Health Advocate for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of whether a claim is based in contract, negligence, tort, equity or another legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold A Good Health Advocate harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website
  • Your material violation of these Terms
  • Content you submit
  • Your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights
  • False or misleading information you provide

This provision does not require you to indemnify A Good Health Advocate for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

27. Refusal or Termination of Service

A Good Health Advocate may refuse, suspend or discontinue a service or membership when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Nonpayment or a reversed payment
  • Harassment, threats or abusive conduct
  • Fraudulent, unlawful or unsafe activity
  • Repeated violation of scheduling or communication policies
  • Requests outside the scope of the offered service
  • False or materially incomplete information
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Circumstances that make continuing the service impractical or inappropriate

When a paid service is discontinued before it has been provided, any refund will be determined according to the portion already performed, nonrefundable costs incurred and applicable law.

28. Force Majeure

Neither party will be considered in breach of these Terms when a delay or failure to perform results from circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include hurricanes, floods, fires, severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, illness, family emergencies, power failures, internet outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, labor disruptions, governmental actions, platform outages or failure of a third-party service provider.

Payment obligations for services already provided are not excused by this section.

When reasonably possible, affected appointments or services will be rescheduled or an appropriate refund or credit will be considered.

29. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission.

A Good Health Advocate may assign rights or obligations in connection with a lawful sale, transfer, restructuring or succession of the business.

30. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, purchase information and any service-specific terms presented during booking or checkout, constitute the agreement between you and A Good Health Advocate concerning the website and applicable services.

If a service-specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service.

32. Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and interpreted in English.

Automated or voluntary translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the website, services, prices, business practices or legal requirements change.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes become effective when posted.

You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Material changes affecting an active recurring membership or already purchased service will be handled according to applicable law and any additional agreement governing that service.

34. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website or services provided by A Good Health Advocate will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Volusia County, Florida.

This section does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or legal rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.
