Recently, I purchased a Zefon air pump to test for mold and other contaminants in the air.
This is a building I could not enter without getting sick.
My son got very sick in this building. The first test shows why.
First floor (column 1)
Second floor studio (column 2)
Second floor apartment (column 3)

These first tests were run on December 18th, 2014
#101 Hi Tech air reactor on the 1st floor 12/19/2014
Moved the #101 up to the second floor apartment 1/10/2015
#110 Hi Tech air reactor on the 1st floor 1/10/2015
Moved the #101 to the second floor studio 1/17/2015
Results of the tests after the Hi Tech Air Reactors 1/26/2014 (below)
First floor (column 1)
Second floor studio (column 2)
Second floor apartment (column 3)

Some things to note:
The percent coverage of the spore traps is drastically reduced
The most drastic reduction of contaminants in the air was on the first floor where the #110 was running
12/19/2014 -1/26/2015
Some of the molds in the studio went up in count while the total percent coverage was reduced by more than half.
1/17/2015-1/26/2015
2nd Floor Apartment counts went down even though the #101 only ran in there a week… perhaps because the 1st floor is now so clean?
1/10/2014-1/17/2014
Some other notes:
The mold source is definitely the 1st floor/basement
It is not possible to run the #110 in the basement at this time because there is no heat down there… so we are running it on the 1st floor. In the spring, it may be necessary to run the #110 in the basement and/or do a thorough cleaning of the stone walls and perhaps encapsulate the basement floor & walls.
